From the moment I met Arnela, she impressed me so much as a young woman in business, that I definitely wanted to work with her. The home she showed was in a rough state due to tenants still living there, but she ensured that it was impeccably clean when we received the keys and communicated throughout. She was directive, informative and understanding as this was our first time to rent since our early 20s and the process was new to us. Arnela was the epitome of professionalism, understanding and competency. Her diligence, communication skills and commitment to ensure fairness to the landlords of the property and to us as tenants was far above what I expected.
